Webmark Central – Website Services Terms
These Terms govern the use of services provided by Webmark Central (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:
Webmark Central provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support services. We operate as a managed service provider, meaning we handle the technical aspects of your website on your behalf.
Website projects start at $800
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin
Remaining balance is due before launch
Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and content delivery
Monthly plans include:
Basic ($15/month): Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring (no edits included)
Growth ($50/month): Includes 1 hour of edits per month
Pro ($100/month): Includes up to 3 hours of edits per month
Edits include minor updates (text, images, layout)
Unused time does not roll over
Time is tracked in 15-minute increments
Work outside of included plan time is billed at $75/hour
Minimum billing increment: 15 minutes
Larger requests may require approval before work begins
Domain registration is $25/year
Hosting is included in care plans
Webmark Central manages hosting infrastructure
Clients agree to:
Provide content and materials in a timely manner
Ensure all content is owned or licensed
Respond to requests and approvals promptly
Upon full payment, the Client owns their website
Webmark Central retains the right to display completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes
Support is provided via email, phone, or text
Standard response time: 24–48 hours
Priority support available in higher-tier plans
Either party may terminate services at any time
Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle
Website backups or transfers are available for $100
Webmark Central maintains regular backups
While reasonable measures are taken, we are not liable for data loss caused by third-party systems or events beyond our control
Services are provided “as is.” Webmark Central is not liable for indirect damages, downtime from third-party services, or misuse by the Client.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
